How to open/close van sales order (Thong Guan case)

1. Go to Settings > Active Order Statuses
2. Change the field to ["processing","sales-report","sales-report-1"] to open van sales order
3. Change the field to ["processing"] to close van sales order

Why I cannot view more documents in the app? 

1. In the History page, tap on the filter icon

2. Change the start date to earlier date

3. Make sure all the document statuses are selected in order to show all the documents

4. Apply the filter

If user could not view past documents, immediately contact customer support for further assistance

What should I do when history page is empty in the app?

Restart the app and try again
