Why I cannot view more documents in the app? 

  1. In the History page, tap on the filter icon

  2. Change the start date to earlier date

  3. Make sure all the document statuses are selected in order to show all the documents

  4. Apply the filter

If user could not view past documents, immediately contact customer support for further assistance

What should I do when history page is empty in the app?

Restart the app and try again

Why the invoice is not showing in Payment page?

  1. Go to History page of Boostorder Rep V3.
  2. Select the Invoice tab.
  3. Search for the invoice that is not showing in Payment page.
  4. Tap on the invoice to view the invoice detail.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom, if the outstanding of the invoice is 0, then it is expected to not show in Payment page.
