Product is missing from Rep
App (For Users)
- Use the search bar to search for the product using the Product SKU.
- If the product cannot be found, tap the Sync button on the main page to refresh data.
After syncing, search for the product again.
If the product is still not visible, please contact your company administrator to verify it in the Cloud portal.
Cloud (For Administrators)
Administrators can verify product records in the Cloud portal.
Navigate to:
Products → Product
1. Check if the product exists
- Search using the Product SKU.
- If the product cannot be found, proceed to the Sync section below.
2. Check product status
- Ensure the product status is set to Active.
- If it is inactive, update the status or refer to the Sync section.
3. Still not showing in App
- If the product is Active and still not appearing in the app after syncing, please contact support for further assistance.
Sync (For System Administrators / IT)
If the product exists in your accounting system but does not appear in the app or Cloud portal, check the sync process.
1. Verify product in accounting system
- Check that the Product SKU exists in your accounting system.
2. Check if the Syncer is running
- Ensure the Syncer service is running.
3. Run Product Sync
- Open the Syncer.
- Go to the Master Data tab.
- Run the Product Syncer.
Once completed, perform another sync in the app and search for the product again.
