Edit a Pre-existing Journey Plan

Editing an Existing JP

1. Locate the existing Journey Plan.
2. Click Export and choose your preferred format.
   
   
3. Make the necessary updates to the exported file.

Uploading the Updated JP

1. After updating, click Import and select the file
   (ensure it matches the format you exported).
2. If there are any errors during upload, please refer to the FAQ section.

Completion

1. If the upload is successful, the JP has been updated.

 Notes

• Ensure the file format used for import matches the exported format.
• Double-check all required fields before importing to avoid errors.
• Changes will take effect after a successful upload.
