Deleted Customer Record Reappears / Customer Data Not Updating

Product: Boostorder Cloud & Syncer

Issue 1: Deleted customer record still shows in Customer Mapping
A customer record deleted from the Accounting system (e.g., Million) still appears with "Deleted" status in the Boostorder Customer Mapping screen.

Issue 2: New/updated debtor (customer) names not reflecting in the app
Changes made to debtor records in the Accounting system (new debtor names, updates) don't show up on the Boostorder side.

Cause: Customer/debtor data only updates in Boostorder when the Debtor Syncer runs on the server PC. If the syncer isn't running, changes made in the Accounting system (including deletions and name updates) won't sync automatically — old/deleted records may persist and new ones won't appear.

Fix:

  1. Confirm whether the Debtor Syncer is currently running on the server PC.
  2. If not running, start it manually to pull the latest debtor data.
  3. To prevent this going forward, set the Debtor Syncer to auto-start when the server/PC is powered on — this ensures debtor sync happens automatically without needing to manually sign in and start it each day.
  4. Re-check the Customer Mapping screen to confirm the record now reflects the correct (updated/deleted) status.

Note: Debtor sync depends entirely on the syncer actively running — if the server/PC isn't on, or the syncer isn't set to auto-start, no debtor-level changes (new, updated, or deleted) will sync until it's manually run again.
