Basic guideline of Boostorder Syncer

Run Boostorder Syncer

  1. In your desktop, look for the icon of Boostorder Syncer

  2. Launch the Boostorder Syncer
  3. Click 'Yes' to allow the server to launch the Boostorder Syncer
  4. Wait for the Boostorder Syncer to login automatically
  5. When the Boostorder Syncer logins successfully, the syncer will auto run without manually triggering it.

Type of Syncer

 

Trigger the Syncer Manually

  1. Select the syncer you want to trigger manually

  2. Click on the button
  3. Click on Full Sync
  4. The status of the syncer will change to Running
  5. If you want to trigger all syncers, tick this checkbox
  6. Click on Sync button

Auto Sync Interval

  • In Boostorder Syncer, click on Settings⚙️icon
  • Click on Auto-Sync Interval
    • Resources represent the syncer and importer
    • Interval represents the waiting time to run the second syncing process
    • Sync period represents the period of when the sync should run
    • Eg. 
      • Resources: Syncer
      • Interval: 15 minutes
      • Sync Period: 06:00 - 23:00
      • This means the syncer will run from 6am to 11pm, with a waiting time of 15 minutes before the next runFrom the list of syncer

*Note: Sometimes the order is not synced yet after the order is created, this is because the Boostorder Syncer is still in the waiting time interval, if you need to sync the order immediately, you can retrigger the syncer again.
